There are two complete sections of the OH 13 expressway, which is or was planned to connect Mansfield and Newark. The completed sections are from Mansfield to 3 miles south of I-71 and the Fredericktown Bypass. Further south, OH 13 is a super-2 expressway from the Athens / Perry county line (?) to 6 miles north of the county line.

OH 17:
OH 17 is a 4-lane divided expressway in the Cleveland area. The expressway starts at OH 10 in North Olmsted and runs east for 2.45 miles, ending in Fairview Park. Today, the OH 17 expressway serves local traffic in the I-480 corridor, although it was built long before I-480.

OH 21 is an expressway from OH 241 in Masillon to OH 585 and from OH 261 to OH 162. Between these two segments, it is a freeway. Along with I-77, it forms a direct freeway / expressway connection from downtown Massillon to downtown Cleveland. Mileage: 10.41 miles in Stark County.
