US 33:
US 33 is a 4-lane expressway from OH 29 at St. Mary's to Wapakoneta. This segment is 10.17 miles long.

It is then a 4-lane freeway on the Wapakoneta Bypass, from old US 33 west of town to I-75. This segment is 2.92 miles long.

On the eastern part of the Wapakoneta Bypass, from I-75 to old US 33 east of town, it is an expressway. This segment is 0.72 miles long.

US 33 is an expressway on the St. Johns Bypass, which is 0.76 miles long.

US 33 is a 2-lane expressway from 0.5 miles east of OH 366 to OH 117. This segment is 8.95 miles long.

It then becomes a 4-lane expressway from OH 117 to US 68. This segment is 4.67 miles long.

US 33 is a freeway from US 68 to I-270 north of Columbus.

It then goes through Columbus as a local road.

From I-70 to OH 104, US 33 is a 4-lane expressway. This segment is 1.75 miles long.

From OH 104 to OH 317, US 33 is a 4-lane freeway. This segment is 2.78 miles long.

From OH 317 to the Lancaster Bypass, US 33 is a 4-lane expressway.

US 33 is an expressway from OH 66 the beginning of the Wapakoneta Bypass. The portion of the Wapakoneta Bypass east of I-75 is an expressway, as are the western 5 miles of the Bellefontaine Bypass. In addition, US 33 is an expressway  from OH 317 (just outside I-270) to the beginning of the Lancaster Bypass, from the end of the Lancaster Bypass to OH 180, from one mile east of Doanville to Athens Bypass, and from Darwin to Pomeroy. The segment from Darwin to Athens is under construction as a Super-2 expressway. East of  Pomeroy, US 33 is a Super-2 expressway leading into West Virginia. This highway, called the Ravenswood Connector, was built to extremely high standards. Most local roads intersecting the expressway were realigned either by connecting them directly to the new highway or by service roads. Bisected county and township roadways, not connected to the project, were given a T-type turnaround or were redesigned to connect with the local roadway network.

US 35:
US 35 is a 4-lane expressway from OH 49 to Gettysburg Ave. This segment is 2.37 miles long.

It then becomes a freeway through Dayton, from Gettysburg Ave to Fairfield Rd.

East of Dayton, US 35 is an expressway from Fairfield Rd to the beginning of the Xenia Bypass. (Old US 33 into Xenia continues the expressway alignment - see below.)

Old US 35 in Xenia - Main St

Old US 35 in Xenia is an expressway from US 35 to Orange Street. This was built as part of a Dayton-to-Xenia expressway in 1956, but was bypassed by the new US 35 freeway in 1993.

US 36:
US 36 is a 2-lane expressway from OH 121 to US 127 south of Greenville (1.26 miles). It is then a 4-lane expressway along the US 127 Greenville Bypass (3.67 miles).

US 36 is a 2-lane expressway on the Gettysburg Bypass, which is 2.1 miles long. The bypass extends around the town and also bypasses a section of Old US 36 east of town.

US 36 is a 4-lane expressway when it connects Piqua to I-75.

US 36 is a 2-lane expressway on the western part of the Marysville Bypass, which is 2.06 miles long. It then follows the US 33 freeway bypass north of town.

Second From OH 83 in Coshocton to 2.72 miles west of OH 416 in Gnadenhutten. This segment covers a length of 9.24 miles in Tuscarawas County. Third, for 1.77 miles west of its endpoint at the US 250 expressway. There are plans to complete the expressway between Newcomerstown and Uhrichsville.

OH 37:
A 4-mile portion of OH 37 connecting OH 161 and OH 16 is part of the I-77 to Cohocton to Newark to Columbus corridor route. The segment is partially completed.

US 40:

US 40 is a 4-lane expressway on the South Vienna Bypass, which is 1.17 miles long.

US 42:
In Warren and Greene counties, US 42 is a 4-lane expressway from 1.94 miles south of OH 73 to Spring Valley. It continues on a bypass of Spring Valley as a 2-lane expressway, ending at old US 42 just north of town. The entire expressway (including both the 4-lane and 2-lane sections) is miles long.

 

OH 43:
OH 43 is an expressway on the Waynesburg Bypass. This super-2 highway is 1.15 miles long, running from the Stark / Carroll County line to OH 183.

OH 44:
OH 44 is an expressway both north and south of the freeway segment. On the north side, it stretches 2.09 miles from OH 2 to Headlands Beach State Park. At and south of I-90, it is a 4-lane divided expressway for 1.24 miles and then is a Super-2 expressway south to the Chardon city limits on the north side of town, 1.53 miles north of US 6. The length of this entire segment south of I-90 is 5.33 miles. The expressway reappears on the Ravenna Bypass, part of OH 14.

OH 47:
OH 47 is a 4-lane expressway along a segment linking downtown Sidney to I-75. The expressway starts at 4th St, 0.45 miles east of I-75, and ends at Walnut Ave, in downtown Sidney. It is 0.85 miles long.

OH 47 is a 4-lane expressway for a short time northeast of Bellefontaine, as it passes under US 33. The expressway is 0.89 miles long.
