OH 48:
OH 48 is an expressway from .78 miles north of US 22 to OH 48 BYPASS. The expressway then continues on OH 48 BYPASS around Lebanon. The expressway is 2 lanes south of I-71, and 4 lanes north of I-71. Its total length is 7.93 miles.

Interchange: diamond on west, folded on east. At this interchange, OH 48 leaves the expressway and goes into town, while the bypass continues north as an unnumbered highway.

OH 49:
OH 49 is a 4-lane expressway from US 35 to CR 249 (old OH 49) north of Trotwood. This segment is known as the Trotwood Connector, and is 5.29 miles long. Its design features a jersey barrier median with street lights in the center.

OH 49 is a 4-lane expressway from I-75 to US 40. This segment is 1.27 miles long.

OH 49 is a 2-lane expressway on the Arcanum Bypass. The length of this segment is 2.64 miles.

OH 49 is a 2-lane expressway for a brief time near Jays. The expressway goes from Hogspath Rd to 0.59 miles north of Hogspath Rd.

This 5.2 mile-long driveway-free expressway extends from US 35 west of Dayton north to Salem Ave. The highway has a jersey barrier with street lights in the center.

History:

the Trotwood Connector was completed in 1999.

The expressway from I-75 to US 40 was completed in 1959.

The Arcanum Bypass was completed in 1962.

On that day, the Dayton Daily News reported: "If you want to be among the first residents to motor down the Northwest Connector, you can get your chance starting at 1 p.m. today. As part of the road's grand opening ceremony, officials plan a motorcade of vehicles. To participate, park on the southbound shoulder of the road between Shiloh Springs Road and Free Pike in Trotwood."

US 50:
US 50 is a 4-lane expressway from OH 128 (west of Cleves) to Dining Lane, east of Addyston. The expressway is 4.26 miles long, and bypasses the towns of Cleves, North Bend, and Addyston.

US 50 is a full freeway from OH 32 / OH 561 north to Wooster Pike. This segment is 3.49 miles long. There are three interchanges and no at-grade intersections.

US 50 has one Super-2 expressway segment independent of its multiplex with OH 32. This segment runs from .25 east of the Ross / Vinton County border to 4.9 miles east of the Ross / Vinton County border.

This expressway segment was built sometime between 1967 and 1975.

US 52:
US 52 is a 4-lane expressway from I-275 east to Little Indian Creek Road, east of New Richmond. The highway bypasses the town on New Richmond, and is 12.96 miles long.

US 52 is a 2-lane expressway on a segment west of Aberdeen. The expressway begins between Logan Gap Road and Three Mile Creek Road, and ends at Bradford Lane. This segment is 2.89 miles long.

US 52 bypasses the village of Friendship to the north. It is a 2-lane expressway for 0.63 miles, from 0.42 miles west of OH 125 to 0.21 miles east of OH 125.

US 52 is a freeway on the western edge of Portsmouth, goes through downtown as a city street couplet. It once again becomes a freeway at OH 335, and the highway downgrades to expressway status at OH 522.

US 52 is a 4-lane expressway from OH 522 into Lawrence County.

OH 53:

OH 53 is a 2-lane expressway from US 6 / US 20 to the Ohio Turnpike, a distance of 2.71 miles.

OH 57:
OH 57 is an expressway from OH 10 to OH 113. This includes a bypass of Elyria, and part of it is multiplexed with US 20.

History:

This expressway segment was completed 1964.

 

OH 59:
OH 59 is an 4-lane undivided expressway on the inner bypass of downtown Kent. This highway is 1.49 miles long.

US 62:
US 62 is a 4-lane expressway from US 52 to US 68 North. This segment is 5.35 miles long.

US 62 is a 4-lane expressway from I-670/I-270 to OH 317 in Gahanna. This segment is 1.55 miles long.

US 62 is planned to be an expressway from Canton to Salem, with the exception of the freeway-grade Alliance Bypass. The completed segment from Canton to Alliance is 10.18 miles long. The 4-lane route will then continue east along OH 14, while US 62 turns north to Youngstown. North of Youngstown, US 62 again becomes an expressway from the Hubbard north corporate line (.35 miles south of I-80) to the Pennsylvania border. This segment has a distance of 4.68 miles.

OH 63:

OH 63 is a 4-lane expressway from OH 4 to I-75, a distance of 4.73 miles.

OH 65:

OH 65 is a 2-lane expressway from Columbus Grove to Ottawa. The expressway includes a bypass of Columbus Grove, but ends just south of downtown Ottawa. It is 7.28 miles long.

OH 66:

OH 66 is a 2-lane expressway in the northern part of the town of New Bremen. The expressway goes from OH 274 north to Lock Two Road, and is 1.03 miles long.

OH 66 is a 2-lane expressway on the southern side of St. Marys, from Quellhorst Rd to Greenville Rd. The expressway is 1.2 miles long.

US 68:
US 68 is a 4-lane expressway from US 52 to US 62 East, a distance of 5.35 miles. It is then a 2-lane expressway from US 62 East to the north end of the Georgetown Bypass, at Mt. Orab Pike. This 2-lane expressway is 8.7 miles long.

US 68 is a 2-lane expressway from Springfield Xenia Rd to I-70, a distance of 0.97 miles.

US 68 is a 4-lane expressway along its multiplex with OH 15 south of Findlay, from OH 15 East to I-75. The expressway continues to the southeast along OH 15.

OH 73:
There is a short 4-lane expressway segment between Trenton and Middletown. The segment is 1.02 miles long and is between Radabaugh Road and Old Oxford Slate Road. It was built to connect to a new bridge over the Great Miami River.

OH 73 is a 4-lane expressway from OH 4 North to Front St, just west of downtown Franklin. The expressway is 8.44 miles long.

OH 73 is a 2-lane expressway on the western part of the Waynesville Bypass, from Old OH 73 to Main St, just west of US 42. The expressway is 2.59 miles long.

OH 73 is a 4-lane expressway as it bypasses West Portsmouth. The expressway is 2.5 miles long, and ends at the US 52 freeway.

OH 82:
This expressway connects the Warren Bypass to US 62 near Pennsylvania. Its length is 11.82 miles.

OH 83:
An extension of the US 36 expressway around to the southwest of Coshocton. Eventually it will form part of a corridor route from Columbus to I-77, along with OH 16 and US 36.

OH 91:
OH 91 is an expressway from US 20 to its northern terminus at OH 283, a distance of 2.67 miles. This urban expressway is northeast of Cleveland in the towns of Willoughby and Eastlake.

History:

Completed in 1970.

OH 104

OH 104 is a 4-lane expressway in Chillicothe, from US 23 South to US 50 (Main St) in downtown. This is the old alignment of US 50. The expressway is 4.67 miles long.

OH 104 is a 2-lane expressway in the area of its junction with OH 207, from Veterans Hospital to Fairgrounds Rd. Part of this distance is a multiplex with the OH 207 expressway, but it also extends 0.57 miles south of OH 207 South and 0.18 miles north of OH 207 North. The total length of the OH 104 expressway is 1.27 miles.

OH 107

There is a short 4-lane expressway segment east of Montpelier, where OH 107 was relocated onto a route that includes a grade separation of the railroad. The expressway is 0.8 miles long and goes from Glen Dr to Airport Rd.


OH 113:

There is a 6-mile expressway segment of OH 113 from Elyria to 6 miles west of Elyria.

History:

Completed in 1981.

 

US 127:
US 127 is a 2-lane expressway from OH 73 East to the north end of the Camden Bypass (at N Main St). This segment is 13.52 miles long.

The US 127 bypass of Greenville is a 4-lane expressway. The highway goes from US 36 to Horatio Harris Creek Rd, a distance of 7.74 miles.

There is a short 2-lane expressway segment north of Bryan, from OH 15 north to CR 15D / Greenfield Dr. This segment was probably built so that US 127 could use the railroad grade separation on OH 15. The segment is 1.46 miles long.

 

OH 129:
OH 129 is an expressway from Fair Ave to OH 4 BYPASS, and a 4-lane freeway from OH 4 BYPASS to I-75. The expressway segment is 1.94 miles long.

OH 161:
OH 161 is a 4-lane expressway from I-71 to I-270, a distance of 4.49 miles.

OH 207:

OH 207 is a 2-lane expressway from US 23 to 0.64 miles north of OH 104. The expressway is 3.72 miles long.

US 224:
US 224 is a 2-lane expressway on the western bypass of Van Wert, from Van Wert Decatur Rd to US 30. This segment is 2.48 miles long. It then multiplexes for 2.44 miles on the US 30 northern bypass of Van Wert, which is a 4-lane expressway.

US 224 is a 2-lane expressway on the Tiffin Bypass, which runs from OH 18 to OH 100. The expressway is 4.11 miles long.

US 224 is an expressway from I-71 / I-76 to the western end of the US 42 multiplex. This serves as a 9-mile westward extension of I-76, which is multiplexed with US 224 east of the expressway segment. After leaving its interstate multiplexes, US 224 has a 4 mile at-grade segment and then becomes a Super-2 expressway from OH 91 east to OH 183.
