The once proposed (now backburnered) freeway would go to the right. Traffic between the WA 9 freeway and US 2 freeway would follow the existing WA 9 to access. (This picture is taken at the same location as the previous picture.)

SB WA 9 at Old US 2 (Bickford Ave). The bridge on the right hand side is the actual Bickford Ave, while the intersection is an access road. WSDOT will be making this intersection all right turns only as both ways access Bickford. Preventing left turns onto and off of WA 9 will limit accidents.
