US 49 is an expressway around Helena / West Helena.

 


US 65:
There are two expressway segments of US 65 in Arkansas.

For several miles south of the Missouri line At-grades for entire length with no traffic signals 4-lane divided expressway
From south of McGeehee to Lake Village   partially controlled access expressway

 

 

Business US 65:
This urban expressway has a 45 MPH speed limit. Although the highway is currently signed as US 65 Business, it was formerly the US 65 Bypass until a new freeway was built to the south of the city.

US 71:
US 71 has three expressway segments in Arkansas

Through Bella Vista At-grades with several traffic lights along this stretch. There is also one interchange at AR 340. 4-lane divided limited access expressway
From Fort Smith to Greenwood ... former two-lane highway that was twinned in the 90's. Traffic lights are located at AR 10 and between AR 45 south and I-540.  At-grades elsewhere. 4-lane divided expressway
From south of Ashdown to Texarkana, US 71/59 straddles the AR/TX State Line. at-grades partially controlled access expressway

 


US 79:
US 79 is a partially-controlled access expressway between Fordyce and Camden.

 

US 412:
US 412 has three expressway segments in Arkansas

Between Siloam Springs and Springdale at-grades with no traffic lights 4-lanes divided limited access expressway
From Alpena to US 65 no traffic lights US 62-412 is a 4-lane divided rural expressway
Along the Mountain Home bypass There are traffic lights along this stretch. There is also an interchange at AR 5.  Elsewhere at-grades. US 62-412 is a 4-lane divided expressway
